Late Client Arrival Policy

DarcyStudio Late Client Arrival Policy:

At DarcyStudio, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients' needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we have implemented a Late Client Arrival Policy. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Arrival Time: We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Arriving promptly allows us to provide the full allotted time for your service and ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced.

2. Grace Period: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this 15-minute window, we will do our best to accommodate you and provide the remaining time for your service. However, please note that your service may be shortened to fit within the remaining available time.

3. Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, we require a $20 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. This deposit ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you.

4. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. By providing sufficient notice, we can offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Late Arrival Fee: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your service may need to be rescheduled, and you will be charged a $20 late arrival fee. This fee compensates for the time reserved specifically for you and helps us maintain the punctuality of our services.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, please note that adherence to our Late Client Arrival Policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to provide the highest level of service.
